Cards a bit like Children you really shouldn't have your favourites, but I have to say this is mine.  I love the freshness of it.  Using one of my favourite quality designed card stock to make the heart, finished with a paper daisy and a button, overlayed with printed and jaunty Happy Mother's Day.
