Can I personalise cards?

Absolutely and at no extra charge. I hand make all my cards so adding a name; specific colour or embellishments to cards is not a problem. Just send me an email at christine@darcyme.co.uk or contact me through the website detailing your requirements and I will be able to confirm including turnaround time.

Can you Post Cards and Gifts direct to the recipient?

Absolutely. Cards just send me an email with your personal message which will be written in the card with the recipient's name and address and it will be posted within 1 working day. For gifts again I can add a gift card and even gift wrapping service (additional charge of £1.50 for gift wrapping service). Again just drop me an email for a same day confirmation.

Can I return my item for a refund?

Absolutely. Whilst I hope that you love every product you buy from me and that it meets your expectations. I do appreciate that sometimes we buy things from the internet and despite the sellers best to photograph its true likeness and describe the item in detail, its not always quite what we had imagined.

Please return the item in its original condition, packaging and within 14 days of receipt to the following address:

Don't forget to get proof of postage.

I will email you on date of receipt to confirm safe arrival and a refund of the full purchase price and postage will be sent to you within 48 hours.

How will you use my personal data?

Your personal data will be used to provide information, goods and services offered through my website to you, for billing and order fulfillment. It will not be shared with third parties.

If you subscribe you can get access to discounts, latest news as well as free raffles. Again I will never share your data with third parties.

When can I expect my order?

I dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt by Royal Mail Second Class Post which usually arrives with you within 3 working days.

If you need an item urgently do just drop me an email at christine@darcyme.co.uk and we can arrange next day guaranteed delivery although there will be an additional postage charge for this which will be determined by the weight of the order, this price will be confirmed and agreed prior to posting.

What are your shipping costs?

For UK Customers:

Single Cards by Second Class (Royal Mail) is 65p.

Everything else is a small package and Second Class (Royal Mail) is £2.90

However spend over £30 and postage is on Darcy & Me and again Free. (UK orders only)

Europe:

Single Cards to Europe is sent via International Standard with a charge of £1.30

All parcels to Europe will be sent via International Standard with a charge of £5.00

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Australia, NZ, USA and Canada:

Single Cards are sent via International Standard with a charge of £1.80

All parcels will be sent via International Confirmed with a charge of £6.00

Please allow 10-14 days for delivery.

Asia:

Single Cards are sent via International Standard with a charge of £1.80

All parcels will be sent via International Confirmed with a charge of £9.00

Please allow 10-14 days for delivery.

Orders are usually processed within 2 days. I am a sole trader and I do occasionally take a holiday so during those times there maybe a delay but I will let you know.

If for some reason you need to return a package to me, as a courtesy the return postage you paid will be refunded.
